Beth has completed several educational courses and master chocolatier workshops, learning from many world acclaimed Master Chocolatiers.

Practices
We use the finest European, origin sustainable chocolate and the freshest ingredients possible. Local seasonal and organic ingredients (when available), are used to produce maximum flavor profile. Great attention to quality is achieved through small batch production in a facility inspected by NC Department of Agriculture.
