About Us
Thank you for choosing natural home grown products and supporting small farms and their communities. We are Brad and Christa of The Land of Milk and Honey Farms, LLC located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of NC (Deep Gap). We are a small farm providing USDA inspected beef and lamb, as well as honey, eggs, baked goods (by order), beeswax candles, raspberry starts (seasonally), and leather crafts. Our products are available in Boone at a local business, Kelley Bros. Auto, 139 Tarheel Lane Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00 or anytime from the farm in Deep Gap (just message us to have them ready for you). We hope to soon open a self serve honor system farm stand. We love the idea of being able to put trust in the community and provide a self serve honor system farm stand that people can come at their leisure in a wide range of hours/days to accommodate customers with different work hours. We strive to provide excellent quality products which we enjoy ourselves on a daily basis. We want to thank all our customers for their support.

Exodus 3:8 “So I have come down to deliver them from the power of the Egyptians, and to bring them up from that land to a good and spacious land, to a land flowing with milk and honey.”
Practices
Our beef and lamb are on full time pasture and occasionally given feed, many times just for leading to another field for rotational grazing. Our chickens are free range which makes their egg yolks almost orange with all the nutrients they take in from the pasture. We have just under 25 bee hives which we collect from usually in the fall for their honey and also their beeswax for use in items such as candles. We also offer baked goods like true sourdough bread made without commercial yeast, cookies, granola, bars, etc. Christa also does some leather products like purse clutches, wallets, and earrings. We welcome you to come and visit our small farm in Deep Gap and hopefully soon our self serve farm stand.
