Located 18 miles from High Country Food Hub, Peace of Green is where Yvonne’s hobby became so much more. Her greenhouse is located on Patton Ridge Road in Deep Gap in Watauga County and is solar powered. Yvonne started buying plants when she was 15 years old to learn how to care for succulents and houseplants. Caring for plants has become her passion and her peace. She has developed a practice of caring for the plants that keeps her busy in retirement and gives her joy in sharing that with you. Yvonne strives to provide healthy houseplants and succulents for you to enjoy. She also has a soft spot for searching for unusual items for pots; teapots, pitchers, gravy boats, sugar and cream sets, coffee cups or mugs and the list goes on! Pete is always available to help with transportation, loading and unloading, and checking in with the other vendors.
