Hello! We are Anders Family Farm located in Tobaccoville, North Carolina. Mark(Founder/Owner/Dad), Anna (Owner/Mom), Ashlyn(Secretary/oldest daughter), Madison(Farm Hand/Middle daughter), Abby(Farm Hand/Youngest Daughter). We specialize in Hydroponic lettuce, herbs, greens, and microgreens. We are USDA GAP certified, pesticide free, and certified NON GMO. Our father/husband started this farm in 2017 but sadly he passed in 2021. As a family we keep is dream alive by keeping this farm running and providing fresh produce to consumers like you! We believe fresh is better! All of our lettuce heads are sold living for longer shelf life. None of our produce is washed for freshness guaranteed! .

To keep your produce fresh:
Heads-
Only wash what you are going to use. Wrap roots in wet paper towel and place head in fridge
Bagged greens, herbs, and microgreens-
Only wash what you will use and place the rest in Tupperware container with lid.
