At Sunnyside Pasta, we’re a small family in Boone, NC—Aria, Evelyn, and John—doing something we love: making pasta that feels as good as it tastes.

John, a lifelong chef and creative, handcrafts the pasta with daughter Evelyn by his side, while Aria leads the charge on packaging and labeling. Together, we’re building something simple and beautiful: a family-run kitchen powered by love, local ingredients, and the joy of sharing good food.

This passion project was born from our desire to create nourishing, incredible-tasting pasta that rewards people for choosing quality. Our roots in the restaurant world have always centered on bringing people together—and Sunnyside is just another way we share that joy, one bite at a time.
