Hot Chocolate Mix

Great for traveling to see family and friends and perfect for gift giving with our homemade marshmallows! These can be heated (keep stirring) over medium heat on the stove or heat in a crock pot to keep hot for much longer or for get-togethers. These make four wonderfully rich full-flavored cups of hot chocolate. If you'd like a bit less rich add more milk to thin out or sub 2% milk. If you'd like a little richer sub out some of the whole milk for half & half. Makes 4 servings - add 4 cups milk to this mix. May want to get a package of our homemade marshmallows to go with these - also great for adding together for gifting. *Marshmallows not included - pictured for serving example.

Ingredients: chocolate (sugar, chocolate liquor, milkfat, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, natural flavorings), sugar, cocoa powder (alkali, potassium carbonate), cinnamon, espresso powder.
