Sweet Dreams is a bakery based out of Ashe County. Pastry chef and owner, Colleen Baker, is taking her experience and skills in fine dining to provide five star flavors at an every day cost. Sweet Dreams produces gourmet desserts with a focus on elevated flavor pairings to provide a one of a kind dessert experience. We also offer gluten-free and vegan options that are guaranteed to satisfy your taste buds just as much as their guilty pleasure counterparts!

I truly believe that amazing flavor comes from two things: passion and great ingredients. If I’m jumping for joy over my desserts, then I know you'll do the same! The passion and love that I have for creating delicious and beautiful pastries comes through with the first bite you take. I do not use bleached flour nor bleached sugar and I strive to utilize as many locally sourced and organic ingredients as I can. I hope you'll find as much joy in eating my desserts as I find in creating them!
